Five systems, grouped by the job they do

You are not buying a feature list. You are replacing a workflow that currently costs you time, cash or visibility.

Retail & e-commerce

Sell online without taping five tools together

Where it hurts today

Orders arrive through chat, confirmations happen by screenshot, and stock lives in a spreadsheet only one person understands.

What we build

  • Multi-store storefront with your own domain and branding
  • Checkout that works for counter sales and online orders alike
  • Stock, promotions and order status in one admin console

What changes

  • Order-to-fulfilment time drops measurably in the first month
  • One source of truth for stock and revenue

F&B & food delivery

Take your own orders instead of renting your customers

Where it hurts today

Marketplace commissions eat the margin on every order, and you never receive the customer's contact details.

What we build

  • Direct ordering through the web and your own branded channel
  • Dispatch board with rider assignment and live tracking
  • Daily settlement reports per outlet and per rider

What changes

  • Commission-free repeat orders from customers you own
  • Fewer calls just to confirm where an order is

Education & paid content

Sell what you know without losing control of access

See the industry detail →

Where it hurts today

Course material leaks, access is granted by hand, and renewals are tracked in a chat group.

What we build

  • Courses, memberships and paid downloads in one place
  • Automatic access control tied to subscription status
  • Progress tracking and renewal reminders

What changes

  • Access problems stop consuming your support time
  • Recurring revenue you can actually forecast

Recycling & scrap trading

Close the cash loopholes in scrap buying

Where it hurts today

Weighing, pricing and payout happen verbally, so disputes and leakage cannot be traced.

What we build

  • Pickup scheduling and collector assignment
  • Digital weighing and price calculation at the point of collection
  • Settlement records with a full audit trail

What changes

  • Every transaction traceable to a time, place and collector
  • Disputes resolved from records instead of memory

Venues & ticketing

Stop selling the same seat twice

See the industry detail →

Where it hurts today

Seat maps live on paper or in an outdated system, and two counters can sell the same seat.

What we build

  • Real-time seat maps for cinemas, clinics and event venues
  • Online booking with instant confirmation
  • Overbooking prevention across every sales channel

What changes

  • Double-booking disputes drop to near zero
  • Online sales continue outside counter hours

What every system includes

These are not paid add-ons. They are the baseline, because leaving them out is what makes imported software fail here.

  • Three-language interface

English, Malay and Simplified Chinese, switchable per user — not a machine-translated layer bolted on.

  • Roles and permissions

Owner, manager and counter-level access, so staff see their own outlet or their own station only.

  • Reports that match your process

Daily, per-outlet and per-staff reporting, defined together with your team rather than fixed by the vendor.

  • Mobile-first operator screens

The screens staff use all day work on the phones they already carry, not only on a back-office PC.

  • Data export

Your data can be exported. Being able to leave is part of the product, not a favour.

  • Documentation

Written documentation for the workflows we deliver, so day-to-day operation does not depend on one person's memory.

Frequently asked questions

About adapting, integrating and leaving.

How much can a system be changed?

Workflow, screens, roles, pricing rules and reporting are all adaptable — that is the normal scope of a project. What we push back on is changing the core architecture to imitate a different product; when that is what you need, a custom build is the honest answer.

Can it connect to our accounting or logistics providers?

Usually yes. Integrations are a standard part of our work — order flow, stock, reporting — and we check whether the other side exposes a usable interface before agreeing to it. A connection nobody can maintain is worse than no connection.

Can we start with one module and add more later?

Yes, and staged rollout is what we recommend. One outlet, one workflow or one team goes live first, and the rest follows once the numbers have been checked against how you work today.

What happens if we stop working with you?

You keep your data, and you can export it. Documentation for the delivered workflows is part of the handover, so the system does not become unoperable the moment the relationship ends.

Not sure which system fits?

Describe your workflow. We will tell you which one applies, or whether you need something custom.
