What we collect

We only collect personal data that you choose to send us. The contact form asks for your name, company, email address, country and a description of what you need. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp instead, we receive whatever you write there.

• Contact form: name, company, email address, country, message
• Email or WhatsApp: the contents of your message and your contact identifier
• Server logs: standard technical request data kept by our hosting provider

Why we collect it

We use your details to answer your enquiry, to prepare a scope or proposal if you ask for one, and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not use the contact form to send marketing, and we do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and no analytics script is loaded by default. If analytics is enabled in a future version, this section will be updated before it goes live and the change will be stated here.

Website data and project data are different

This policy covers people who visit this website or contact us through it. Data inside a system we build for a customer is a different matter: it belongs to that customer and is governed by their project agreement, not by this page.

For cloud deployments, customer data is kept in the region the traffic comes from — the country is determined from the IP address, and the core data centre for each market is listed on the services page. Local deployment on the customer's own servers or private cloud is also supported, in which case the data never reaches our infrastructure.

Who processes it

The site is hosted on cloud infrastructure, and enquiries may be delivered through a form-handling service so that the message reaches our inbox. Those providers process the data on our instructions. We share personal data with nobody else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are kept for as long as needed to answer you, then deleted. Records relating to an active or completed project are kept for as long as necessary for the working relationship and for any legal or accounting obligation that applies to it.

Your rights

Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, withdraw your consent to its use, or ask us to delete it where no other obligation requires us to keep it.

Security

This website is served over HTTPS and is a static site: it has no database and no login area. Personal data reaches us only through the channels described above, and access to it is limited to the people who need it in order to answer you.

Changes to this policy

If our practices change — for example if analytics or a newsletter is added — this page is updated first, and the revision date above changes with it.
