Services and how we work
We do not sell licences and disappear. Every engagement is scoped in writing, delivered in stages, and handed over with documentation.
What we do
A studio, not a product catalogue. Most engagements combine two or three of these.
Custom development
A system built around a workflow that no off-the-shelf product covers — internal tools, portals, approval flows, industry-specific operations.
- Written scope with phases before any code is written
- Web-based, responsive, works on the phones your staff already carry
- Built to be handed over: documentation and source access agreed up front
Platform delivery
Start from one of our five shipped platforms and adapt it: fewer unknowns, faster first release, lower risk than a blank-page build.
- E-commerce, food delivery, paid content, recycling and seat booking
- Branding, workflow and reporting adapted to your operation
- Staged rollout so your team keeps working during the change
System integration
Connect what you already run — accounting, logistics, messaging, reporting — so the numbers stop being reconciled by hand.
- Order, stock and delivery data flowing between the systems you already use
- Reconciliation that replaces the nightly manual tally
- Reporting that pulls from one source instead of five exports
Support and operations
Keep the system running after go-live: monitoring, fixes, small changes, and a named person who answers in your language.
- Defined response expectations per support arrangement
- Training for the staff who use the system daily
- Improvements scheduled against real usage, not a wish list
Three ways to work with us
The right shape depends on how well-defined the work is, and how much of it never ends.
Fixed-scope project
A defined outcome with a written scope, staged delivery and an agreed handover. Changes outside the scope are quoted separately so neither side is surprised.
Best for: a first system, a replacement for a tool that has stopped fitting, or a project with a hard deadline.
Monthly arrangement
A continuing block of work each month: improvements, integrations, fixes and small features, prioritised together with you.
Best for: operations that keep evolving and would otherwise queue up a year of small requests.
Long-term partner
We stay responsible for the system running: monitoring, support, roadmap and the unglamorous maintenance work between releases.
Best for: businesses that want the system looked after rather than merely delivered.
How a project runs
Six steps. Each one ends with something you can read or use, not just a meeting.
Walkthrough
A 30-minute call about the workflow that hurts. If we are clearly not a fit, we say so here instead of after a proposal.
Written scope
What is included, what is explicitly not, the phases, the assumptions, and how changes are handled.
Build in stages
You see progress in working software at each stage rather than at the end. Feedback lands while it is still cheap to act on.
Pilot with real data
One outlet, one team or one workflow goes live first, with the numbers checked against how you do it today.
Rollout and training
The rest of the business moves over, staff are trained on their own screens, and the old process has a defined end date.
Support
After go-live: fixes, small changes and a named contact — under whichever arrangement you chose.
Where your data lives
Project data stays in the region it belongs to, and the system can also run entirely on your own hardware.
Region routing by IP
On a cloud deployment the system determines the country from the requesting IP address and keeps that data in the matching region. A customer in Thailand is served from the Thailand region; a customer in Malaysia from the Malaysia region.
- Data stored in the region it was created in
- Local deployment on your servers or private cloud
- Region, backups and residency requirements agreed in writing
Local deployment is supported
The system can run on your own servers or private cloud, with data never leaving your network. We handle installation, data migration and handover documentation.
Core data centre per market

- Laos

We work with six markets. If you need a different region, or one shared region across several markets, it is written into the project scope.
Frequently asked questions
If your question is not here, ask it directly — we would rather answer before you commit.
How is the work priced?
By scope and stage, never by a number invented before we understand the workflow. You receive a written scope first, then a cost for that scope. Work outside it is quoted separately, and you are free to decline.
Where does the system run, and where is our data kept?
Cloud deployments keep data in the region the traffic comes from: the country is determined from the IP address, and each market is served from its own core data centre — Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Vientiane, Jakarta, Phnom Penh and Bangkok. Local deployment on your own servers or private cloud is supported as well. Region, backup and residency requirements are written into the project scope.
Who owns the system and the data?
You own your business data, and you can export it. Ownership of the delivered system, source access and any third-party components are stated explicitly in the agreement — we would rather write it down than leave it to interpretation.
Can you take over a system someone else built?
Sometimes. We review the code and infrastructure first, then tell you honestly whether taking it over is cheaper than rebuilding it. We do not accept a takeover just to bill for it.
In which languages can we communicate?
English, Malay and Chinese, in meetings and in support. The interfaces ship in those three languages as well.
Tell us what needs to change
A short conversation is usually enough to know whether we are a fit — and you will get a straight answer either way.
No cost. No obligation. Ask anything.
