Using this website
You may read, browse and share this website freely. You may not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it, or copy its content wholesale for use as your own.
Information on this site
The descriptions of systems, services and delivery process are accurate to the best of our knowledge, but they are general. They are not an offer and they do not create a contract. What we commit to for a specific project is written in that project's own scope and agreement, including what is included, what is excluded, and when it is delivered.
No guarantee of results
This site does not publish quantified customer results, because results depend on your operation, your data and your team's adoption of the system. Any figure discussed during a project relates to that project only and is not a promise of a particular business outcome.
Intellectual property
The text, layout and graphics on this website belong to us unless stated otherwise. Ownership of a delivered system, its source and any third-party components is defined in the project agreement rather than by this page.
Third-party links and services
This site links to external services such as WhatsApp and LinkedIn. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data; their own terms apply once you leave this site.
Availability
We aim to keep this website available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Nothing on this site is a service level commitment — service levels for a delivered system are agreed in writing for that system.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any project agreement will name its own governing law and dispute process.
